Home Safe Home is dedicated to helping our neighbors 60 years of age and older live in increased safety in their own homes. We identify and correct hazards associated with fires, security, and falls. We remove many of the dangers that older adults face as they continue to live independently.

Home Safe Home helps make it safer and easier to get around your house. We can quickly complete small projects like installing grab bars or a hand-held shower in the bathroom. We can also help with major projects like building wheelchair ramps, outdoor stairs, and railings.

Our program coordinator is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

Our contractors have completed background checks. They are fully insured and are registered with the PA Office of the Attorney General.

With this project, Home Safe Home was able to create an attractive entrance. More importantly, the steps have a low 4" rise, enabling the client with poor mobility to use them safely.

	Home Safe Home can design and construct wood ramps in a wide variety of sizes, from small "threshold" ramps to large ramp/deck combinations.

	Grab bars increase the safety in any bathroom. They can be installed for general safety or custom fitted for individual needs.
